Details of the offer

Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains company standards regarding customer service, timely task completion, and HIPAA compliance.Stays up-to-date with current company and industry standards.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of AEG processes and procedures.Organize and schedule meetings and appointmentsProvides clerical support: faxing, typing, copying, mailing, taking messages, and returning calls.Creates and updates various employee and patient forms.Organizes company events (e.g. team training meetings, parties, etc.): researches and collects pricing information, makes venue reservations, coordinates with suppliers, communicates with attendees.Purchases supplies for the Committee and Corporate Office special projects, tracks expenses, and submits receipts/invoices to Accounting.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliesAssists Accounting team with data entry as necessary.Assists with research and execution of special Corporate Office projects as needed.Book travel arrangementsBook conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficientOther duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team and/or Committee members.
