We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Administrative Assistant . In this role, you will provide vital support to our office operations and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our marketing team. Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars. Assist with data entry, file organization, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes. Assist with basic marketing tasks such as preparing marketing materials, organizing promotional events, and conducting market research. Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up. Assist with social media management tasks, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the marketing team. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team. Benefits:
