Kelly P&I is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant to join our Regulatory Affairs team in Bothell, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work with one of our esteemed Global Medical Device Clients on a long-term engagement. Pay Range: $25.00-$31.00/hr
6-12 Month Contract role
Standard working business hours
Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Note: The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.
• Create and maintain vendor accounts for the regulatory department in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365).
• Create and maintain vendor service contracts for the regulatory department in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365).
• Place purchase orders and administer the payment of vendor-related expenses.
• Manage the notarization and legalization process of regulatory affairs certificates.
• Manage the archive and records of the regulatory affairs department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sr. Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Experience, Education, Training, Skills, and Traits: • Experience with MS Dynamic 365 or other ERP systems a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of PC software (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• A self-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented individual, able to work in a team and small company environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent work ethic, personal responsibility, initiative, and teamwork skills
