Administrative Assistant and Accounts Payable
Rims USA is looking to fill a position at the Corporate Office. We are looking for a full-time person to perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. Rims USA is a retail wheel and tire company operating under the name RNR Tire Express. We currently have 21 stores with plans to open at least 3 in the next year.
Applicant should be self-motivated, a team player and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
Reconciling Bank Accounts Entering Credit Card Charges and Reconciling Credit Card Accounts Researching and Resolving Payment Discrepancies Handling Accounts Payable Assisting with Month End Entries Running Reports and Updating Charts Communicating with Stores and Outside Vendors via phone and email Performing other duties as required Requirements for the Job:
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Strong Computer Skills Experience with Outlook and Excel Must be able to work individually or as a team in a small office setting Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Must possess a valid Driver's License Benefits Include:
