• Provide technical assistance, advice, and interpretation to managers on labor relations issues• Develop policies and procedures to resolve manager/employee problems• Ensure compliance with labor contracts, rules, and laws• Consult with managers on employee relations activities• Handle disciplinary matters• Conduct investigations• Respond to grievances• Participate in contract negotiations• Conduct training on employee relations matters• Analyze policies and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field• Or equivalent combination of experience and training in a related field• Meet PA residency requirement• Able to perform essential job functions
