Excel work-Basic Intermediate experience
Seeking to hire office admin on a temp-to-hire basis.
Hours : 8 am-5p M-F.
Skills: proficient in QuickBooks, answering phones, scheduling, enter information into QuickBooks. Scheduling can be trained but needs the person to have QuickBooks experience.
The business is small with the owner and 2 techs that go out on service calls (clean driver vents and air conditioning vents). Our temp will help with scheduling for customers seeking service and secure the day/time for techs to go out. Will handle billing in QuickBooks…will call customers if any reschedule is needed, etc.
Pay Details: $20.00 per week
