Provides advanced administrative support to the Molecular Anatomic Pathology clinical services and manages patient assets for faculty, fellows, and residents.Assists in creating and maintaining the Pathology Departmental Molecular Service Calendar.Prepares professional correspondence, memoranda, reports, and manuscripts.

Responsibilities
• Provides advanced administrative support to the Molecular Anatomic Pathology clinical services and manages patient assets for faculty, fellows, and residents.• Assists in creating and maintaining the Pathology Departmental Molecular Service Calendar.• Orders Molecular testing requested by other services.• Works with the Molecular Diagnostics laboratory to ensure timely delivery of patient assets for testing.• Prepares professional correspondence, memoranda, reports, and manuscripts.• Assists faculty in preparing teaching materials, abstracts, grants, articles, and other documents.• Assists Molecular Fellowship Director with recruiting, onboarding, reimbursements, and offboarding of fellows.• Schedules and maintains calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.• Assists with planning events, conferences, and meetings with clinical partners.• Manages telephone calls, receives visitors, and resolves inquiries.• Works with team members to accomplish division and departmental goals.• Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling meetings.• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Outlook.
Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Minimum of two years of administrative support experience.• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications.• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.• Ability to work independently with general supervision and collaborate in a team environment.• Strong customer service skills.• Ability to work diplomatically and effectively with a diverse group of people.• Ability to multi-task and work well under time constraints.• Strong organizational skills.• Demonstration of commitment to Service Excellence.
