Job summary
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the College administrative team members.Support to include, but not limited to, answering telephones, typing correspondence, contract database administration and management, outlook calendar management and other duties as required for special projects.Provides courteous customer service and assistance to students, staff, and visitors, appropriately and confidentially field and channel complaints, requests, and information to proper hospital and HEI department personnel.

Responsibilities
• Provide clerical support to the College administrative team members• Answer telephones• Type correspondence• Manage contract database• Manage outlook calendar• Provide customer service and assistance to students, staff, and visitors• Field and channel complaints, requests, and information to proper hospital and HEI department personnel• Handle confidential and sensitive tasks• Handle multiple projects/tasks and submit them in a timely manner• Compile and submit reports• Proofread materials for accuracy, correct punctuation, and grammar• Prepare agendas for meetings• Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings• Advise program directors and campus administrator on items needed for meetings• Maintain and order equipment and supplies• Schedule program community advisory board meetings• Transport delivery of sensitive documents• Review and maintain clinical affiliation agreements• Administer program surveys• Serve on committees• Collaborate and build relationships within the college, Richmond Higher Education Institutions, health system, and community
Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED• Experience in an admin role in a hospital setting or medical office setting• Proficiency in keyboarding and computer programs such as Word and Excel
