Adjunct Lecturer

Job summary
Teach courses in the School of Business and manage all aspects of the classroom experience.Communicate content to students, follow course outline, provide timely student feedback and provide office hours.This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Responsibilities
• Teach either in-person or online assigned course(s)• Attend all classes and provide office hours for students• Regular contact with students and responding to their emails regularly• For online courses, regular and substantive contact per UALR guidelines• Prompt grading of assignments and exams• Attend adjunct orientations
Requirements
• Master's degree in Business from an AACSB-accredited institution• Alternatively, a law degree (J.D.) is acceptable for certain courses• Knowledge of best practices in area of expertise• Competence in Blackboard, Zoom, or other teleconference software
