POSITION: Adjunct Faculty Instructor – MA Organizational Leadership QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree or above in related field preferred; Outstanding relevant professional experience may substitute for graduate degree. Teaching or training experience required. At least 5 years of experience in a related field. Work experience in related professional field (if applicable).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To serve as an adjunct faculty member for the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program as contracted on a term-by-term basis teaching up a course load not to exceed 17 semester hours per calendar year. Include the following:
Develop and manage syllabus materials.Coordinate courseware and curriculum with program director.Facilitate Class Instruction.Evaluate Student Performance.Follow the academic calendar and other policies and procedures communicated by the University.Participate in Faculty Development. POSITION DETAILS: Faculty are contracted per course. Salary determined by education.
APPOINTMENT DATE: Fall 2024 Term. EMU reserves the right to fill the position at any time or keep the position open.
