Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of leaders in Instructional Design? Join our team, located in Columbus, Ohio, as a part-time adjunct faculty member. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach doctoral level courses as part of our Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program in Instructional Design Leadership.
Position Overview:
As a part-time adjunct faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses including:
Strategic Examination of Trends & Technology
Strategic Assessment & Decision Making
Organizational Learning & Knowledge Management
Course Design, Development & Evaluation
Innovative Learning Environment Design
Instructional Design Leadership, Coaching & Consulting
These 8-week courses will be delivered online each term and may also be offered face-to-face on our downtown campus in Columbus, Ohio.
Requirements:
Doctorate in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, or Curriculum and Instruction.
Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching in higher education or a PK-12 environment, conducting instructional design work, and serving on dissertation committees.
Preference given to candidates who have served as dissertation chairs and have experience working with diverse populations to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced work environment, grade comprehensive exams on short notice, and serve as a subject matter expert to review dissertations.
Excellent teaching evaluations.
