Job Description:
We are currently seeking certified adjunct instructors to join our esteemed team, facilitating our CPC course within the VILT framework. As an adjunct instructor, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our students, ensuring their success through expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging online curriculum through the Blackboard platform, covering both core and specialty credentials.
Conduct weekly office hours to provide personalized assistance and address student inquiries.
Monitor and evaluate student participation, attendance, and timely completion of assignments and assessments.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering their growth and development.
Adhere strictly to all VILT Instructor policies and procedures.
Actively participate in faculty meetings, contributing insights and ideas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business.
At least 2 years of teaching experience, with preference given to those with online teaching experience.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
