Our Addressing & Financial Coordinator will be meticulous and proficient in administrative tasks, including addressing grids, financial support, and GIS utilization. They must be adaptable, capable of providing backup support for various office duties, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate with internal and external interested parties effectively. Key Responsibilities Coordinate financial tasks and assist the accounting staff for the Public Works Department Manage addressing systems and GIS mapping tasks, ensuring accuracy and coordination with County departments and external agencies Conduct research on access and ownership documents and perform scanning and database management for road, bridge, and address records Perform driveway and utility inspections (field work) Other administrative tasks as needed within the department Qualifications Associates degree in accounting or related field and two years of experience or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and GIS Thorough knowledge of streets and geographic layout of Klamath County Current Driver's License Join Klamath County and be a driving force behind our growing region's infrastructure.
