Link Solutions is seeking an Active Directory Systems Administrator (Intermediate-Level) to join our Mid-Shift (see shift hours below) team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
*Non-remote: A sign-on relocation bonus is available.
The candidate will support the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) located on Fort Huachuca. You will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. The Active Directory Systems Administrator will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain and track assets, deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment. You will provide on-site support as necessary to ensure all network capabilities are available.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day administration duties including Windows Active Directory object maintenance.
Conduct complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory, Windows Server ******** , Domain Controllers, user authentication, and other operating systems as needed.
Develop and troubleshoot Power CLI and PowerShell scripts.
Interface with database administrators and other IT professionals to coordinate installation and maintenance of client-server applications to support enterprise line of business systems.
Ensure the security and compliance of the Active Directory environment.
Configure and maintain complex Active Directory forests and domains across a complex network with over 10,000 users and 20,000 Active Directory objects.
Create advanced monitoring strategies for monitoring and reporting the health of Active Directory components.
Record problem symptoms and status information in a timely fashion and communicate internally within IT and externally with the customer through problem resolution.
Monitoring, backup, and restoration procedures for Active Directory.
Document new system components or modifications to existing components
Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions.

US Citizen
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Government/DoD Secret Clearance (will sponsor the right candidate).
3+ years of practical or relevant experience.
IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE) equivalent or higher level required.
Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (required within 90 days of performance start date).
Preferred:
Experience with Windows Server, Systems Center, and Active Directory, Windows Server 2012/2016 technologies.
Problem solver and troubleshooter that thrives in resolving complex problems.
Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Shift/Hours Information: MID-Shift
All schedules are 4x 10-hour days, either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.
Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM
