Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring preowned vehicles that meet inventory needs and quality standards to ensure a diverse selection of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the automotive market.
Job Requirements:Job duties of the Acquisitions Specialist include but are not limited to: Contact customers through various sources, to purchase and trade vehicles. 
Appraise and purchase vehicles.
Follow up with CRM- Ability to call, text and e-mail customers.
Speak and negotiate with customers. 
Conduct on going market research to stay updated on current pricing, trends, and vehicle availability.
Collaborate with the sales and service department to understand inventory needs and preferences.
Ensure all acquired vehicles have proper documentation including titles, service records, and Carfax reports.  
Stay compliant with state and federal regulations.
