Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Lemont Illinois Type: FullTime (Direct Hire) Job Description :
Responsibilities Post charges: UOE charges fines and other misc. fees. Account adjustments: remove and or credit charges as requested. Reconcile bank statements for operating and reserve accounts. Process AR refund check requests when necessary. Update delinquency status and create a collection account. Process monthly statement mailings. Review proofs and inform PM/Assistants for approval. Set up an association for mailings.
