Accounts Receivable Specialist

Contact: Lorenzo Ramirez | | Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, monitoring outstanding invoices, and working with customers to ensure timely and accurate payment. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers Review and reconcile customer accounts Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts receivable processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of collection regulations and procedures is a plus
