Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Generate and send out invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will maintain up-to-date customer records and billing information. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues. Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies. Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits as needed. Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software  Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
