As an Accounts Receivable Rep II you will process manual billings, maintain customer back up for billings and perform customer accounting duties as required for an assigned group of customers.
Full Time, On-Site Role
You will contribute by: Entering manual billings and credits into the C&S mainframe system or Oracle Receivables Processing "dropship" billing for direct shipments to customers Preparing and sending customer statements and back up for weekly billings & research customer billing inquiries and back up requests Working with other departments and preparing documentation to accompany billing and credits for scanning and filing Applying lock box receipts, checks and electronic wire payments to the accounts receivable Oracle general ledger Entering manual billings and credits into the C&S mainframe system or Oracle general ledger via manual input Researching and resolving short and over payments Providing payment schedule to customer per contract terms to encourage compliance with contract Assisting with daily cash processes as required by management Providing support for other AR functions as required Supporting IT function by providing hands on analysis and testing of any issues Documenting all billing procedures Making recommendations for and implement process improvements as appropriate We're searching for candidates with: Demonstrated proficiency in Excel Experience in financial systems and software (e.g. AR/AP/GL package) preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience Environment: Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F) We offer: Weekly Pay Benefits available from day 1 (medical, dental, vision, and more) Company matched 401k PTO and Holiday Pay offered Career Progression Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Employee Health & Wellness program Employee Discounts / Purchasing programs Employee Assistance Program Every person matters.
