Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:Texas Instruments is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Receivable professional in Washington, D.C. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone who is driven, resourceful, and eager to kickstart their career in finance.

Responsibilities:- Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues with customers regarding billing and payments- Prepare aging reports and assist in collections efforts- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus- Planning and persuasion skills are a must
