Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Unity Technologies, a cutting-edge technology company located in San Diego, California, is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable specialist. This is a full-time remote work position perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collections- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed- Work closely with other departments to resolve billing issues- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management and organizational abilities- Innovative mindset to improve processes and efficiency
