Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent cooperation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities:- Process and monitor incoming payments- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies- Generate invoices and statements- Investigate and resolve customer queries- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Analyze financial data and prepare reports- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders- Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices- CPA certification is a plus
