Accounts Receivable

Job Description:We are looking for a driven and reliable Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Walt Disney in Phoenix, Arizona. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any billing discrepancies. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values personal and professional development.

Responsibilities:- Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable ledger- Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments- Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies- Work closely with customers to address any payment issues or concerns- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable- Prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related field- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Innovation and emotional intelligence- Must be driven and reliable
