Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:- Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances or payment arrangements- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or inquiries- Maintain records of customer payments and transactions

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in accounts receivable- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Resilient and reliable personality traits- Strong planning and research skills
