A well-established construction company in lower Westchester is currently seeking an AR Specialist with at least 3 years of previous experience in the industry. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support all A/R and Billing functions for the company. The job is specific to resolving discrepancies and performing the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable payments to ensure finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner. The successful candidate will utilize our Foundation Software; Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted; Follow up and contact customers with outstanding Accounts Receivable; Provide reporting as required by Senior Management; Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
