JOB TITLE: Accounts Receivable Clerk. PAY RATE: $16 SCHEDULE: MON-FRI 8AM-5PM. Requirements Work in office
Temp position: 12 weeks
Previous AR experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications-emphasis in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
Ability to work effectively with web based activities
Strong organization and time management skills, documentation skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
Responsibilities Process on account credits
Provide invoice copies upon request
Monitor group inbox and distribute to corresponding subfolders
Interdepartmental communications.
We are looking for A/R Clerk, duration time 12 weeks.
Schedule 8:00 am to 5:00 pm able to work overtime if needed.
