Control AR balance ensuring money is received within terms of customer agreements. Track, monitor, process payments and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all receipts from customers are accounted for and properly posted. Accurately record, investigate, and contest deductions are taken that do not align with the customer contract. Process all customer chargebacks including returns and other allowances in line with Group Policies. Send and reconcile customer statements on a weekly basis. Maintain customer support files, and related customer documentations thoroughly and accurately. Assist with Month End Process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Spanish proficiency Excellent prioritization and time management skills Accounting experience of 3-5 years required, CPG experience a plus! Experience with EDI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, sum-if, index-match, etc) and financial systems savviness Record of process improvements NetSuite experience is preferable Motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced start-up environment Knowledge of taxation issues and experience with sales corporate taxes Flexible & adaptable to changing priorities Must be detailed-oriented and organize Affinity for retail and beauty Benefits Base Salary Range : $65,000-75,000** Company Benefits :
