Position Overview:
As an Associate, Accounts Receivables, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, ensuring the smooth functioning of our accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing journal entries, maintaining schedules and ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly closings. By assisting in the management of accounts receivable and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization, you will directly contribute to our mission of driving equity and opportunity in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare asset recovery/sales invoices.
- Conduct monthly sales reconciliations.
- Handle collection calls or emails.
- Record and track individual donations through online portals on a daily basis.
- Assist in reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare account analysis as requested.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Administer accounts receivable.
- Monitor bank transactions and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
