Accounts Payable Specialists

Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Accomplishes all accounting responsibilities as required
•Communicate effectively with project managers and vendors
•Protect the Company by keeping information confidential.
•Manage all incoming and outgoing emails for your Accounts Payable email
•Efficiently process invoices in a timely matter and file away once completed
•Research and promptly respond to vendor payment inquiries
•Reconcile vendor statements and ensure all invoices are entered
•Reconcile employee credit card purchases
•Create and issue Purchase Orders for vendors
•Create and edit new vendor accounts/complete credit applications
•Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve any discrepancies
•Assist finance team with supporting documents during audits
Qualifications & Education Experience: • 1+ years accounts payables and general accounting experience
•High School diploma or GED
•Knowledge of Accounts Payable
•Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
•Strong Excel and Word skills
