We are looking for a talented Accounts Payable Specialist

in our

Corporate Office

location .
Duties:
· Sort and match invoices and check requests
· Set up invoices for payment
· Ensure invoices are coded properly
· Reconciliation of payments to vendors
· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
· Resolve invoice discrepancies
· Maintenance of vendor files
· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
· Produce monthly reports
· Accrue monthly expenses as needed
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent (GED): college work in business a plus
· 2-4 years' experience working in Accounts Payable
· Proficient in MS Office (primarily Excel and Word)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting software is a plus
· Experience working with "paperless" document management system
· Strong customer service skills
· Good math skills
· Well organized, flexible, and efficient
· Maintain high degree of confidentiality
