We are seeking an experienced individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist role to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Summary Responsible Accounts Payable function.
Duties Process electronic and hardcopy submittals generated by site personnel Process timely and accurate payment of property expenses Assist in the oversight of property cash flow including required bank account transfers Reconcile bank statements Responsible for stale-dated check processing Process replacement reserve withdrawal requests Maintain electronic files Process monthly health insurance billing Assist business records maintenance Process monthly health insurance invoices Process property payroll reimbursements Assist with payable records management and filing Qualifications A.S. degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.
