Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities: Process 200-300 invoices per week Analyze and process accounts payable Code invoices and other payable documents with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices Prepare check requests, wire transfers, and ACH transactions Reconcile accounts monthly to vendor statements Company credit card reconciliation Requirements: 2-3 years of AP experience Construction experience preferred System: ViewPoint Vista Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
