Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do day-to-day?
Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Prepare and process payments to vendors Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records Assist with month-end closing activities as needed Who are you?
