Accounts Payable Specialist

Our recruiting firm is partnering with an finance and investment firm in Boca Raton, to find them an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a well-established firm offering a full range of benefits, yearly bonus structure and professional culture.

The target salary for this role is $25-$30 per hour.

Job Summary

Process and code a large volume of automated invoices

3-way-match invoices using the purchase orders in the purchasing system

Issue payments via check and ACH

Post AP transactions to journals

Support month-end close with necessary reconciliations and reports

Qualifications

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Large ERP experience (Great Plains or Dynamics preferred)

Professional communication skills

100% onsite position
