Best and Brightest Company to Work For Best and Brightest in Wellness Top Workplace Certified Great Place to Work Coordinate with project teams and department managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of overhead invoices, AIA payment applications and check requests Vendor setup Enterprise credit card management Ensure that Approver Groups resolve unapproved invoices and missing compliance items. Assist project teams with completion of credit applications Process weekly AP disbursements Respond to vendor payment inquiries and reconcile statement balances Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. 5+ years professional experience Knowledge of construction industry preferred. Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar software preferred. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. Strong understanding of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles). Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities. Accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities.
