This position will be ON SITE in Timmonsville, SC Pay Rate : $20-22/hr based on experience
This will be a temp to hire opportunity
Hours : Part time- 30 hours a week
8am to 2:30pm Monday thru Friday
or off on Monday and work Tuesday thru Friday (3) 8-hour shift and 6 hours on Friday to equal the 30 hours

What we are looking for in an Accounts Payable Processor: Associate degree required and at least 1yr experience in Accounts payable . What will you be doing as an Accounts Payable Processor: Perform timely account reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing to balances
Analyze, prioritize, code and pay invoices
Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
Providing excellent customer service to our vendors, staff and customers
Researching and resolving vendor statement discrepancies and issues
Requirements:
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to adapt to changes with positive outlook, and suggest improvements
Assist in mailing of weekly checks, Answering phone calls and emails as needed
Monitor and address inquires sent to the department mailboxes, voicemail and inbox
Analyze, prioritize, code and pay invoices, managing vendor or supplier expectations
Extensive Excel knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills
