Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate in our San Antonio, Texas office. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable who is confident in their abilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships with vendors- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting- Support the Accounts Payable team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong decision-making and planning skills- Confidence in handling high-volume transactions- Motivated and willing to take on new challenges
