Responsibilities
• Process a high volume of Non-PO and PO invoices promptly• Monitor Non-PO invoices to meet 5-day SLA requirements• Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts• Process daily permits within designated deadline• Handle back charges against open invoices• Scan checks and invoice batches and save them• Resolve disputes, obtain approvals, and process invoices• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders• Research vendor inquiries and payment status• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Experience in a Shared Services environment• Attention to detail and accuracy• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Enthusiasm to learn and take on additional responsibilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Associate Business/Accounting Degree preferred• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience• Residential homebuilding/construction accounting experience preferred
