We strive daily to create the best life for all we serve.Position Summary:The Accounts Payable Clerk position provides financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate maintenance of accounts and collections under his or her control.Responsibilities OverviewFollow established procedures for processing A/P billings. Reviews invoices and check requests for appropriate coding. Process check request. Route invoices for approval.Enters invoices into Accounting system. Vendor reconciliations. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries. Resolve invoice discrepancies. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
