Responsibilities
• Processing coding and processing invoices• Confirming account status with vendors• Opening and maintaining vendor accounts• Reviewing vendor statements• Contacting Project Managers for invoice approvals & coding credit card purchases• Answering phones and issuing purchase orders• Providing any necessary reporting• Prior accounting experience is required, minimum one year• Mathematic skills are important• Analytical problem solving• Data entry• Excellent computer skills such as Word, Outlook, and Excel• Excellent written and oral communication• Strong background with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and other associated software• Knowledge of the construction industry is beneficial• Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
