Accounts Payable Clerk

Competitive salary, benefits that include 401K matching, and insurance coverage available.Responsibilities:Code and input invoices accurately into Yardi Breeze.Conduct thorough research and analysis on invoices to identify major fluctuations.Prepare, print, match, and file checks diligently.Maintain clear communication with on-site property managers.Handle daily mail distribution efficiently.Qualifications:At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required for this position in Burbank, CA, US.A degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.Proficiency in Excel is preferred, and willingness to learn new software, especially Yardi Breeze.The ability to work independently to ensure timely payments is a key requirement for this role.Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to provide solutions are important qualities for applicants.About Company:We are a privately held company that owns and operates manufactured housing and RV communities throughout the country.
