Responsibilities
• Prepare bills, invoices, statements, and vouchers for payment• Reconcile bills, check balances, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor files• Prepare invoices for project manager approval and audit expenses reports• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services• Verify transactions comply with company financial policies and procedures• Enter vendor invoices for payment and process backup reports• Review monthly billing statements from vendors• Coordinate with vendors and project managers for timely invoice processing• Meet accounting deadlines regularly• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable related experience• Experience working for a large company• Deltek CostPoint experience is a plus• Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office products• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational skills• Working knowledge of accounts payable processing fundamentals
