Responsibilities:
Monthly recurring transactional accounting for multiple entities Assist with Data Entry of Accounts Payable invoices for our shop Process DMV/Motor Carrier/IFTA paperwork for renewals and monthly reporting Keep filing up to date Back up for front desk coverage Monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations Follow up on Accounts Receivable balances/provide notes on status of payments Backup other positions with projects as needed Qualifications:
· Excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
· Effective communication skills, both written and oral
· Demonstrates a "can do" attitude
· Microsoft Excel knowledge
· 10 key by touch
