Outstanding math and research skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures. Maintain accurate records, including ledgers journals, receipts, and invoices. Prepare monthly financial reports. Assist with preparation for annual audits. Perform administrative and other tasks as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry. Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Education and Experience: Associate Degree in Accounting with 1 year experience
