Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveAnd More!Accounting Specialist Details: Contract to Hire position$25.00 to $27.00 /hourFirst ShiftManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger account reconciliations.Process incoming payments via check, credit card, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).Conduct bank deposits and reconcile bank statements. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and regulations.Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.Perform administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.Accounting Specialist Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, including accounts receivable accounts payable, and journal entries.Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
