We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill our open Accounting Specialist role. This person will work within our Finance team creating invoices and credit memos for customer as well as receiving, processing, verifying, reconciling and paying invoices from vendors. They will acquire, sort, and verify retail sales and generate all daily journal entries and bank deposit slips. 
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma (GED equivalent) with prior accounting experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
