Primary responsibilities include: Provide daily cash position and bank account reconciliationProcess and post daily incoming cash and apply to correct GL accountsServe as primary contact to address banking issues requiring same day action (problems with user access, payments, reporting)Assist with recurring reporting responsibilities (compliance, disclosure questionnaires, user audits, bank account audits)Manage the system administration responsibilities, documentation, and procedures for online bank portals. This involves managing system access for end users of Corporate bank accounts and establishing user entitlements in accordance with corporate policyManage all administrative correspondence relating to bank and T&E accountsReview and prepare all prepaid expense entries and amortization journal entriesReview and maintain all documentation, reconciliation and procedures surrounding prepaid inventoryPrepare payment documentation for corporate donation paymentsPerform monthly financial close duties including assigned, system maintenance, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations.Comply and adhere to the organization's overall financial policies.Perform other duties at manager's requestREPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to the Accounting Manager.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance is required3+ years of professional accounting experience.Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Work,Outlook required.Must have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write and speak English.Adept at troubleshooting, ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize.Organized and detail oriented.Must be able to maintain relationships and function as a team playerADDITIONAL BENEFITS Benefits and perks include 401k and profit sharing, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, legal services insurance, scholarship awards for children of employees, summer picnic, community giving events, free family wellness coaching including nutritionist and fitness coach.
