JOB DESCRIPTION
Staff Management, Inc. is seeking a high-quality individual to join our team. Accounting specialists who are looking for a great work environment should apply.
The qualified candidate would manage daily fiscal operations. The candidate must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, technical proficiency, and the ability to adhere to processes and develop efficiencies in their work. The candidate must continuously prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3+ years bookkeeping experience. Experience with accounting software; Sage Intacct, QuickBooks a plus. Experience with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, OneDrive Solid understanding of accounting principles Ability to prioritize tasks and meet simultaneous deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and maintain productivity and accuracy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and maintain records for accounts receivable. Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Review and maintain records for daily cash transactions. Assist with general ledger accounting tasks. Prepare financial reports. Communicate with vendors and banks as needed. Coordinate with auditor regularly to maintain support documents and ensure compliance. Other accounting duties as assigned . Excellent compensation and competitive benefits. Pay based on experience.
Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 per hour.
