Your attributes include:
• Background in accounting (AP, AR, and/or billing) and 1-2+ years of experience
• 10 key proficient
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player - willingness to lend assistance to co-workers as directed by immediate supervisor
• Strong attention to detail/organization
Your Day-to-Day
You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities. In addition to being a proficient independent worker, the ideal candidate can thrive and contribute in a collaborative team environment. On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:
• Review and analysis of physician timesheets for accuracy
• Allocation of additional client costs
• Cross reference of aligning client agreements for accuracy of charges
• Communications with healthcare providers
• Communications with Account Managers
• Collaborating with fellow Operations team members to ensure departmental deadline adherence
