Type/Proof financials statements Prepare engagement letters and business correspondence Client follow-ups Answer multi-line phone system Mail distribution Manage office equipment Faxing, scanning, copying and other administrative functions Requisition of supplies Maintain filing system Light accounting Other duties as assigned Requirements
Excellent computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Mail Merge Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Organization skills Reliable and an exceptional work ethic Overtime as needed Previous experience in an accounting office a plus. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
